The GH3 Twin ceiling hoist comprises two GH3 lifting modules working in tandem, using two lifting straps to achieve a maximum lifting capacity of 500 kg. Designed specifically for lifting and moving heavy bariatric patients, it is also ideal for performing horizontal lifts in combination with Guldmann Horizontal Lifters. The hoist is easy to operate and helps make lifting and moving procedures safe, simple and comfortable for both care staff and patients.
To secure the lifting hanger – typically a GH Cross Hanger – a GH Connecting Bar is used to hold the two lifting straps together, ensuring that both straps lift in parallel and in a perfectly balanced manner. Both lifting modules are controlled from a single hand control unit, keeping operation straightforward for care staff. When working with a GH Horizontal Lifter, the two lifting straps can be controlled independently to adjust the patient’s horizontal position with precision.
